we start with the end usage in mind. who will need the images, where will they live, what is the function of those images, and how will we measure their success? the old model was a shot list built using run of shows, breakout schedules, and stations at an expo. that is great for documenting an event, but doesn’t have the intention and thus the energy or commercial potential of images.
